*We understand that most weddings do not take place in our town,
so we have a very simple travel policy
- travel away from 43 Broad St, Westerly, RI that is more than 25 miles is charged at the IRS mileage rate for 2023 – 65.5 cents per mile
- drive time – hourly rate for drive time per driver, to and from 43 Broad St, Westerly, RI – $25/hr
- parking reimbursement
- if event is catered, then a vendor meal will be provided to each member of the team
- accomodation reimbursement
- if wedding is more than 125 miles away from 43 Broad St, Westerly, RI and wedding is scheduled to last more than 6 hours, proper accomodations will be secured for entire team
